  1. There is a $385,000 Opening Bid / Reserve.
  2. There are currently no leases for any of these properties.  Any existing tenants are month to month. 
  3. This is a sale of a 50% membership interest in the two corporations named above.  Tax Returns and a profit and loss statement are available for review. Please contact auctioneer for Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  4. Existing financing will remain in place and attached to related properties.  The debtor provided tax returns show an existing mortgage in the amount of $302,710 & $150,000 in debt to a related party both secured by the 12 Washington Place, Garfield, NJ.
  5. No inspection or Open House will be offered for an up-close inspection of the subject properties.
