Online Only Auction.  There is no live bidding at this auction.  

Auction Ends: 
The auction lots begin closing at 11AM Thursday, October 11th.  Lots begin closing in consecutive order, about 20 seconds apart.  Bid Sniping Protection in Effect meaning if someone bids in the final momements the closing of the lot is extended.  

Buyer Premium: 
No Buyer Premium Applies at this auction

Payment Options: 
Wire Transfer, Cashier's Check or Cash. 
Credit Cards also accepted, however a 3% convenience fee applies to credit card transactions. 

Payment Instructions: 
Full payment is required by 3PM Friday, October 12th, 2018. Any balance not paid in full within 24 hours of the auction will be considered in default.  A 3% convenience fee will be charged for any credit card payments.

All Sales Are Final:
This is a Court Ordered Auction.  All items are being sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied.  Auctioneer makes no representations as to the condition, marketability or size of the inventory to be sold.  No claims of any kind shall be allowed after the item has been removed by the Buyer.  All Sales Are Final.  Buyers in default will be held responsible for the entire invoice amount regardless of acceptance of merchandise.  There are no refunds or exchanges.

Buyers are fully responsible for all aspects of removal from our warehouse facility located at:
