Questions?

Do you have an complete listing of the cars to be auctioned on 9/12 in Lodi, NJ? Thanks in advance, Jeff

Jeff, We are anxiously awaiting a more detailed list of the 7 vehicles we are selling on 9/12. As soon as we receive it will be posted on this website as a link under 'helpful links". For now there are very detailed pictures of the cars, interiors and engines on this website. Thank you and sorry for the delay. Mike

how many additional cars will be sold ? when will payment be due

No additional cars will be offered in this auction. It is strictly for the seven cars listed above. Final payment is due by 3PM, Monday September 15th.

The US Marshals have now added two more vehicles from this same case. See above

Would it be possible to get a detailed list of all vehicles being offered?

The auction is strictly for the seven cars listed above. No other vehicles will be added. The certifications of each vehicle will be available on this website by September 1st.

Will fuller details and history of each car be posted to the site? If so, when? If not, how can I get them? When will copies of documentation, or the documentation itself be available for review? Is the $10,000 per vehicle deposit due the day of the auction in person, or is it due prior to the sale? Do you need to specify prior, and put a deposit down, for each specific lot you intend to bid on? Thanks, Mark

Mark, Yes we are awaiting more documentation on each vehicle. You would need a $10,000 Cash or Cashiers Check deposit on each vehicle you plan on bidding. This money must be "in your pocket" the day of the auction. It will only be turned over if you are a successful bidder. Additional terms (whenn balances are due/when cars must be picked up by, etc) will be posted shortly. Thank you. Mike

Is there a brochure/catalog available? If so mail one to Bill Rice PO BOX 764 North Myrtle Beach, SC 29597

Bill please download the auction advertisement by clicking on the link above. Certifications for each vehicle will be posted on this website by September 1st.

does one have to auction to attend?

Grace, Not sure I understand your question. This is a live auction, all bidders will need to attend and bid in person with the required $10,000 cashier's check as a deposit on them.

Is there a full catalog online or can you email one to me?

Pat, Around September 1st we will be posting certifications of authenticity on this page for each vehicle. We will also then draft a detailed auction catalog and post to this webpage above.

does any of these vehicles have a reserve? I would assume not considering how the guy got them?

All US Marshals Auction sales are subject to confirmation by a representative from the Marshals Service. They do not disclose any minimums. However over the last 2 years we have sold hundreds of vehicles on their behalf and we have yet to have them not confirm a bid.

Please forward details on vehicles in Sept. 12th auction. Thankyou

Larry, Additional details will be posted shortly on this website. Thank you Mike

Please send me a link to view all the cars being auctioned.

George it is strictly the 7 cars listed above. Certifications for each vehicle will be posted on this webpage on or about September 1st.

WHERE ARE THE FERRARI'S YOU TALK ABOUT? WHY ARE THEY NOT IN THIS SALE?

John we only sell what the marshals provide us to sell. At this time we have no knowledge of any other vehicles.

Any other vehicles for sale? Is it absolute auction?

Kevin, These 7 vehicles will be the only vehicles in this auction. All US Marshals Auction sales are subject to confirmation by a representative from the Marshals Service. They do not disclose any minimums. However over the last 2 years we have sold hundreds of vehicles on their behalf and we have yet to have them not confirm a bid.

ref the chevelle, do you have a pic of the actual documentation available for the car....this order form has been around the internet for yrs. Is there actual hard copies of this documentation I can get a picture of?

Ed thanks for your interest. We should have more documentation together with the vehicle certification posted on this webpage on or about September 1st.

Are the titles for these cars available for review prior to the auction? Will the buyer be receiving a clean title from the previous owner or are the titles in the name of the Marshalls office. Were these cars all seized from one person or collector? Will the cars be run at the inspection to ensure they are in running condition? Thank you.

Bob, Normally the titles are not available from the US Marshall's Service prior to the auction. Buyers will be given clean US Goverment titles provided by the Marshall Service. These vehicles were seized from 1 individual. The cars will be run (at a specfic time during the inspection period. Check this webpage for time) on the inspection (viewing) date. I hope this answers your questions. As we get more information it will be posted on this webpage. Please keep checking. Mike

The window sticker on the Chevelle is Reproduction do you have any other docs?

Charlie, MSN is in possession of "build sheets" for that car. We are anxiously waiting on additional information. As soon as we get more info it will be posted on this webpage. Mike

Will all vehicles being auctioned have free and clear titles and are they the original titles or will duplicates be issued? Thanks.

Bill, All buyers will be given "clean" titles issued by the United States Marshall Service. Vehicles are being sold free and clear. Mike

Can non-bidders/spectators attend?

Jon, Only bidders with deposit money (as specified above) " in their pocket" can attend the auction. Sorry no spectators. Mike

Since I assume all vehicles were seized from the same individual, does the government have titles for all vehicles. Is there any need to be concerned as to who these vehicles have been seized from?

Gregory, successful bidders will be given clean US Government Motor Vehicle titles. You should have no concerns. Titles are easily transferable to customers.

there is a black buick grand national shown in one of the pictures. is that vehicle for sale at some point?

Rick, Only the 7 vehicles listed above are being sold. We have no knowledge concerning any Buick Grand National. Mike

Is it a no reserve auction?

John, As stated above, each vehicle price is subject to approval by a representative of the United States Marshall Service. We have been selling for the Marshalls for over two years (4 auctions per year) and every vehicle we have offered has been approved by the Marshall Service. Mike

could you forward me an inventory list?

Frank the inventory list is available by clicking on the Auction Catalog link above.

Mike, You sure have a lot of patience. I'm amazed that you can answer the same questions over and over and over again without sounded aggravated.

If I put 10K down to bid on a car and I do not win the bid, do I get the 10K refunded back to me?

Robert, Of course. You only put the deposit down if you win a bid. Mike

I have never attended one of these auctions. Do I have to register in some way or pre-qualify, or do I just come to the auction, etc. with the funds? Thanks

A drivers license and at least one $10,000 cashier's check made payable to MSN Services. The deposit requirement is $10,000 cashier's check per vehicle.

in one of the questions it was asked if you need be present, the answer was yes. one the rule pages it states if your the successful phone bidder you must send a deposit check before bid time. so is there phone bidding ? or you must be there in person?

Todd. We are working on getting the approvals from the Marshal Service to allow internet bidding. Please check back with us in a few weeks regarding the procedure. Harry
