Auction Terms:

1. A 25% deposit in cash or certified funds is due at time of succesful bid.

2. In order to attend this auction, interested bidders will be required to present a $300 refundable deposit at time of registration. Registration of bidders (at sale site) starting @ 9 am morning of the auction. These monies will serve as the required 25% deposit until a bidder's balance exceeds a $1,200 threshold. At this point bidders will be asked to increase their deposit in order to satisfy the 25% requirement.

3. Acceptable Methods of payment (for deposits and balance of payment): Cash, Cashier's Checks, Official Bank Checks, Money Orders, Traveler's Checks or Business Check accompanied an Approved Irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee (click on the "auction resources" link for sample letter) There will be no exceptions for this auction. Credit cards and personal checks will not be accepted.

4. Balance of full payment is due by 1 PM Monday,October 4, 2010.

5. On-Site Bidders: No Buyer's Premium!

6. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted onto the property.
