 er documentation will be provided.    Payment Deadline:  
 Payment is due in full within 24 hours of the auction.  Any
  bidders who default on payment terms will be blacklisted fr
 om all future auctions by the auction company's which share 
 the online bidding platform.    Method of Payment:  Cash\,
  Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer.  No credit cards will be
  accepted at this auction.    $100 Clean-Out Deposit:  Su
 ccessful bidders are purchasing the entire contents of the l
 ocker and it is their responsibility to remove all items.  
 The successful bidder will be required to post a "Clean-Out 
 Deposit\," which will be immediately returned to the successf
 ul bidder upon leaving the storage locker in broom clean con
