 e\, NJ 07074\, that were delivered and stored on behalf of on 
 behalf of Roberto Cavalli\, S.p.A.\, are subject to a warehous
 eman’s lien pursuant to N.J.S.A. 12A:7-210\, held by Fashio
 n Logistics\, Inc.\, and a carrier’s lien pursuant to N.J.S.
 A. 12A:7-307\, held by Nippon Express Italia S.p.A. f/k/a Fra
 nco Vago\, S.p.A.   The warehouseman’s lien and carrier’
 s lien were granted pursuant to an Order entered by the Hon.
  Robert C. Wilson\, J.S.C. on March 2\, 2020. The total amount
  of the warehouseman’s lien is $110\,241.07. The total amou
 nt of the carrier’s lien is $242\,790.73. Demand was previo
 usly made for payment of these fees\, but payment has not bee
 n made.   The goods stored therein may include\, but are not
  limited to\, Men’s and Women’s clothing apparel and acce
 ssories.   All goods are sold “as is” and must be remov
 ed at the time of purchase. Seller reserves the right to ref
 use any bid. Sale is subject to adjournment.   Auction will
