Bidding Format: 
Online Only Auction.  There is no live bidding at this auction. 

Auction Ends: 
Thursday, September 7th.  Lot #1 closes at 11AM and every 60 seconds the following lots close. 

Soft Close is in effect. 
If a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes,  the auction will automatically extend for an additional 2 minutes.

Buyer Premium:
15% Buyer Premium Applies to All Purchases.

Cash Payment Discount: 2%

Participation Requirements:
Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval.

Payment Options:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Wire Transfer, and Cash.

Payment Instructions:
Full payment is required by 3PM Friday, September 8th, 2017. Any balances not paid in full within 24 hours of the auction will be charged to the bidder’s credit card on file.

This is a Court Ordered Auction.  All items are being sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied.  Auctioneer makes no representations as to the condition, marketability or size of the inventory to be sold.  No claims of any kind shall be allowed after Item has been removed by the Buyer.  All Sales Are Final.  Buyers in default will be held responsible for the entire invoice amount regardless of acceptance of merchandise.  There are no refunds or exchanges.

Removal of Items:
Buyers are fully responsible for all aspects of removal.  Employees are unable to assist with physical loading.
