Past Auctions

This is a sale of two halves, and each one would carry an auction on its own. The plumbing side is overwhelmingly Kohler, deep in the Awaken shower line and running through Cavata, Damask, Purist, Poise and Modern Farm in Polished Chrome, Matte Black, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Brushed Nickel and Vibrant Brushed Moderne Brass, with Delta, Grohe, Moen and Pfister filling out the fixture end. Bath hardware, shower heads, slidebar kits, tub and shower sets, medicine cabinet surrounds, sinks and decorative lighting all come to the block in volume, much of it in matched runs rather than onesies. The mechanical half is Goodman and Daikin: residential and light commercial air handlers across the full tonnage range, condensers and heat pump condensers, cased evaporator coils, electric heat kits and heating elements, gas furnaces, and Daikin ductless, ducted concealed and ceiling cassette equipment. For anyone who stocks plumbing or HVAC, turns residential rehabs or manages multifamily property, this is a sale built for buyers who need depth rather than one of something.
