Format. 
The sale will be a traditional, gallery seated, oral auction.  The sale of the property will not be canceled due to failure to inspect, conduct your own research, misunderstanding or failure to pay attention.

 

Inspection. 
Bidders are urged to inspect the property prior to the sale, during the scheduled preview dates listed in the flyer / website.  Failure to inspect shall not constitute cause for cancellation of the sale.

 

Registration. 

Registration begins at 9AM morning of auction.  To qualify to register, participants of the sale must complete a bidder registration form, have a photo ID & provide a valid social security number.  Each bidder is responsible for their bidder number.

 

Deposit. 

  • A Purchase of $5,000 or more requires an immediate $5,000 deposit. 
  • A Purchase under $5,000 requires an immediate $1,000 deposit.
  • A Purchase less than $1,000 will require immediate full payment.

Each individual lot is considered a separate purchase.

 

Cash Equivalent Money.

All deposits and final payments must be in the form of a bank cashier’s check or cash, U.S. Funds.

Personal or business checks, bank letters of guarantee or bank letters of credit will not be accepted at this auction.

 

Final Payment. 

Thursday June 21st until 4PM & Friday, June 22nd  from 9AM to 3PM.

Final payments not made by 3PM, Friday will be considered in default.

 

Buyer Premium.
No Buyer Premium applies at this auction.

 

Removal. 

Property must be removed once payment in full is made.  Property not removed by 3PM, day after auction, will be considered in default and will be subject to storage charges.

 

Default. 

Failure to make required payment or removal within time frames specified shall forfeit any right, title and interest buyer may have acquired.  The property shall revert and repossess to the “Seller” without further notice to the “Buyer”.  Any monies paid will be forfeited and the transaction will be null and void as to the “Buyer”.

 

In the event the high bidder fails to consummate the transaction at no fault of the seller, the bid deposit shall be retained (by the US Government) as liquidated damages.
