Auctioneer's Note:  This inventory is being offered as a package (in one lot.)  The successful bidder will be required to immediately provide a 25% deposit in cash or cashier's check at the time of successful bid.  Balance of payment is due before 4PM same day.  Successful bidder must complete removal within 72 hours of auction.  Any items remaining at the expiration of the removal period will be considered abandoned and successful bidder will surrender any ownership rights.  15% buyer premium applies to the high bid.
