Court Ordered Auction - Aytek Rugs | Fine Handmade & Oriental Area Rugs
AJ Willner Auctions is pleased to present a comprehensive auction of fine handmade and decorative area rugs, originating from the inventory of Aytek Rugs, a Northern New Jersey–based rug specialist known for its focus on authentic, hand-crafted Oriental rugs.
Aytek Rugs has built its business around sourcing and offering hand-knotted and hand-woven rugs crafted from natural wool and silk, with an emphasis on traditional weaving techniques, regional authenticity, and one-of-a-kind designs. This auction reflects that specialization, featuring a broad cross-section of traditional, tribal, and transitional rugs suitable for both classic and contemporary interiors.
The inventory includes a wide variety of:
Persian and Iranian rugs, including Heriz and related regional styles
Turkish and Anatolian rugs, including Kazak and Super Kazak designs
Silk and wool rugs, including fine Bursa silk examples
Geometric, medallion, and decorative patterns
Room-size to oversized rugs, appropriate for residential, commercial, and design installations
All rugs are offered individually and cataloged with dimensions and country of origin noted where available. This auction presents an excellent opportunity for dealers, interior designers, collectors, and resellers to acquire handmade rugs with established retail provenance at auction pricing.
BUYER PREMIUM
15% Buyer Premium applies to any purchases made via the online bidding platform
SALES TAX
6.625 % New Jersey Sales Tax applies at this auction. Bidders (resellers) who provide a valid NJ ST-3 Resale Certificate will avoid paying sales tax.
REGISTRATION
A valid credit card is required in order to confirm bidders identity and will remain on file.
PAYMENT
Final Payment must be paid within 24 hours of auction. No Items can be removed until entire invoice is paid in full. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell buyer's lots if full payment is not made by 3PM next day.

We accept cash, cashier's checks or credit cards (up to $3,000 & a 3% processing fee applies for credit card purchases.)
AS-IS, WHERE IS
All items are sold "as is, where is" without warranty or guarantee. Please inspect all items carefully before bidding. There will be no re-bids or rebates after an item is sold. This catalog is presented strictly as a guide and is subject to errors and omissions.
PICK UP
Bidders are responsible for the safe removal of their items within 72 hours of auction. Please speak to the auctioneer about more time if working within this timeline is an issue. Storage charges will be assessed for inventory which is not removed within 7 days of auction. After 30 days, items will be deemed abandoned to auctioneer by purchaser.
STORAGE CHARGES
Inventory not claimed or picked up within 7 days of the auction will be assessed a per diem storage charge of $10.00 / day / pallet. After 30 days inventory will be considered abandoned.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No returns or adjustments will be made after the auction. Bidders who elect to pay their balance by credit card understand an additional 3% convenience fee applies and agree to relinquish any and all rights to charge backs.
DISPUTES / DISCREPANCIES
Record of sale kept by the Auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. In the event the auctioneer cannot release all or part of the lot, the extent of the auctioneer's responsibility will be to refund all monies paid in connection with the lot in question. Auctioneer records the sale by voice recorder. No adjustments will be made to an invoice once the inventory leaves the premises.
LIABILITY
All persons attending, inspecting or removing merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer and Seller formal liability therefore. Auctioneer and Seller shall not be liable by reason of any defect in condition of the merchandiser premises on which the sale is held. Auctioneer at his sole discretion may require insurance and/or the use of a commercial rigger based upon the level of difficulty removing a piece of equipment.
Additional Terms of Sale may be announced by auctioneer on day of auction and a bid signifies acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
