Many items may have known and/or unknown defects, including mechanical issues, and their condition has not been independently verified.<br><br>All assets are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, with no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to condition, operability, mileage, hours, or fitness for a particular purpose.<br><br>Bidders are solely responsible for inspecting the assets and determining condition prior to bidding. Failure to inspect does not relieve the bidder of any obligation.<br><br>All bids are binding and irrevocable. AUCTION FORMAT
     Timed Online Auction w/ Staggered Close:  Auction lots will close in a staggered format starting at 11am 30 to 60 seconds apart. 
     Bid Sniping Protection Enabled:  In the event a bidder places a bid in the final moment, the close of that particular lot will be extended 30 to 60 seconds. 

BUYER PREMIUM
     15% Buyer Premium applies to any purchases made via the online bidding platform

SALES TAX
     No Sales Tax.

REGISTRATION
     A valid credit card is required in order to confirm bidders identity and will remain on file.

PAYMENT
     Final Payment must be paid within 24 hours of auction. No Items can be removed until entire invoice is paid in full. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell buyer's lots if full payment is not made by 3PM next day.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
     We accept cash, cashier's checks or credit cards (up to $3,000 & a 3% processing fee applies for credit card purchases.)

AS-IS, WHERE IS
     All items are sold "as is, where is" without warranty or guarantee. Please inspect all items carefully before bidding. There will be no re-bids or rebates after an item is sold. This catalog is presented strictly as a guide and is subject to errors and omissions.

PICK UP
     Bidders are responsible for the safe removal of their items within 72 hours of auction.  Please speak to the auctioneer about more time if working within this timeline is an issue.  Storage charges will be assessed for inventory which is not removed within 7 days of auction.  After 30 days, items will be deemed abandoned to auctioneer by purchaser.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
     No returns or adjustments will be made after the auction. Bidders who elect to pay their balance by credit card understand an additional 3% convenience fee applies and agree to relinquish any and all rights to charge backs.

DISPUTES / DISCREPANCIES
     Record of sale kept by the Auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. In the event the auctioneer cannot release all or part of the lot, the extent of the auctioneer's responsibility will be to refund all monies paid in connection with the lot in question. Auctioneer records the sale by voice recorder. No adjustments will be made to an invoice once the inventory leaves the premises.

LIABILITY
     All persons attending, inspecting or removing merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer and Seller formal liability therefore. Auctioneer and Seller shall not be liable by reason of any defect in condition of the merchandiser premises on which the sale is held. Auctioneer at his sole discretion may require insurance and/or the use of a commercial rigger based upon the level of difficulty removing a piece of equipment.

Additional Terms of Sale may be announced by auctioneer on day of auction and a bid signifies acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
