Please read terms of sale carefully.  There is a cash deposit requirement for participation.

Deposit:  A 25% minimum deposit is due at the time of successful bid in cash, certified, or cashier’s check. Business checks accepted if accompanied by a properly worded bank letter of guarantee.  These funds must be presented at the time of successful bid. Bids without a deposit will not be accepted. No Personal Checks.  

Final Payment:  Final payment must be made by cashier's check or wire transfer within 24 hours of auction for the total of the invoice.  No Items can be removed until entire invoice is paid in full.   All bids are binding, any bidders in default will be banned from future auctions and damages will be initiated through NJ Civil Court Systems.

Buyer Premium:  15% Buyer Premium

Payment Options:  Cash, Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer.

All Sales Are Final:
All items are being sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied.  Auctioneer makes no representations as to the condition, authenticity, marketability or size of the inventory to be sold.  Bidders are encouraged to take advantage of advertised inspection dates and preview the items to be sold.

No claims of any kind shall be allowed after Item has been removed by the Buyer.  Buyers in default will be held responsible for the entire invoice amount regardless of acceptance of merchandise.  There are no refunds or exchanges.

Removal of Items:  Successful bidders may arrange for removal of their items during the following business hours listed on the AJ Willner Auctions website.  Any items remaining onsite after the allotted time will be considered abandoned and bidders relinquish all ownership rights.

Disputes:  The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.  In the event the auctioneer cannot release all or part of the lot, the extent of the auctioneer’s responsibility will be to refund all monies paid in connection with the lot in question.

Liability:  All persons attending, inspecting or removing merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer formal liability therefore.  The auctioneer shall not be liable by reason of any defect in condition of the merchandiser premises on which the sale is held.

Bidder Disclosure:
It is the policy of Hudson County that no County official, County employee or member of their immediate households or families shall at any time participate in or make a purchase from any auction conducted by Hudson County for the sale of forfeited property or property owned by Hudson County. No one may participate in or make a purchase from any auction conducted by Hudson County for the sale of forfeited property or property owned by Hudson  County if they are acting on behalf of a County Official, County employee or member of their immediate households or families.
By placing a bid, you certify that you are:
   NOT a Hudson County Official
   NOT a Hudson County Employee
   NOT a member of their households or immediate families
   NOT a third party acting on their behalf.

Special Notice:  The Hudson County reserves the right to reject any bid placed by or on behalf of anyone who previously had an ownership interest in the property being auctioned, which prior interest was legally extinguished through the civil forfeiture process pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2C:64-1 et seq.
