Storage Locker Auction

CLEAN OUT DEPOSIT
At the discretion of the Seller, bidders may be required to post a $100 cash Clean Out Deposit.  Once all items are emptied from the storage unit, the bidders will be immediately refunded the Clean Out Deposit. 

REGISTRATION
A valid credit card is required in order to confirm bidders identity and will remain on file.

PAYMENT
We accept cash, cashier's checks or credit cards (up to $3,000 & a 3% processing fee applies for any credit card payments.)  Final Payment must be paid within 24 hours of auction. No Items can be removed until entire invoice is paid in full. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell buyer's lots if full payment is not made by 3PM next day.

BUYER PREMIUM
15% Buyer Premium applies to any purchases made via the online bidding platform

SALES TAX
No Sales Tax. 

AS-IS, WHERE IS
All items are sold "as is, where is" without warranty or guarantee. Please inspect all items carefully before bidding. There will be no re-bids or rebates after an item is sold. This catalog is presented strictly as a guide and is subject to errors and omissions.

PICK UP 
Pick Up is By Appointment.  All items must be picked up within the time allotted on the auctioneer’s website.  Any items not picked up within the alotted time will be considered forfeited by the bidder.   

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
The auction inventory is being sold, "As-Is, Where-Is".  Neither Seller nor Auctioneer make any representations or warranties about the condition of the equipment.  Neither Seller not Auctioneer represent that the equipment is fit  for the Buyer’s purpose for  purchasing the equipment.  Buyer assumes all risks with respect to the purchase of the equipment and/or  utilization of the equipment. No returns or adjustments will be made after the auction. Bidders who elect to pay their balance by credit card understand an additional 3% convenience fee applies and agree to relinquish any and all rights to charge backs.

DISPUTES / DISCREPANCIES
All bids are binding.  A record of sale kept by the Auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. In the event the auctioneer cannot release all or part of the lot, the extent of the auctioneer's responsibility will be to refund all monies paid in connection with the lot in question. Auctioneer records the sale by voice recorder. No adjustments will be made to an invoice once the inventory leaves the premises.  Bidders who fail to make good on their payment obligations will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.

CHANGES TO INVENTORY
Auctioneer and Seller retain the right to remove any of the auction lots from the auction sale.

LIABILITY
All persons attending, inspecting or removing merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer and Seller from all liability therefore. Auctioneer and Seller shall not be liable by reason of any defect in condition of the merchandiser premises on which the sale is held. Auctioneer at his sole discretion may require insurance and/or the use of a commercial rigger based upon the level of difficulty removing a piece of equipment.
