Auctioneer's Note:  No inspection will be offered for this auction.  Bidders will need to determine value based upon the limitations of the provided photos.

Terms of Sale  

   Registration:  Bidders will need to register via the online bidding platform.  A credit card is required to verify the bidders identity.

   Inspection:  No on-site inspection is offered for this auction.

   Bidding:  All bidding must take place via the online bidding platform.

   Motor Vehicle Titles:  No titles will be provided by Seller or Auctioneer.  Provided documentation will be limited to a paid auction invoice.  No bill of sale or other documentation will be provided.

   Payment Deadline:  Payment is due in full within 24 hours of the auction.  Any bidders who default on payment terms will be blacklisted from all future auctions by the auction company's which share the online bidding platform.

   Method of Payment:  Cash, Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer.  No credit cards will be accepted at this auction.

   $100 Clean-Out Deposit:  Successful bidders are purchasing the entire contents of the locker and it is their responsibility to remove all items.  The successful bidder will be required to post a "Clean-Out Deposit," which will be immediately returned to the successful bidder upon leaving the storage locker in broom clean condition.  The $100 deposit would apply for each purchased locker.

   Pick Up Hours:  Wednesday Oct 14th thru Friday, Oct 16th 8AM to 4PM

   Buyer Premium:  A 15% Buyer Premium applies to all purchases.
